Meet the ladies behind The Ladies of Town:

Kori Clanton is a photojournalist at The George Washington University. She is the recording secretary of the Mu Beta chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Clanton will receive her B.A. in Communication with a minor in Journalism in May 2010. Kori has also interned for Tru TV and Showtime Networks, Inc. as a digital media and marketing intern. After graduation, she will return to the New York City area to begin her job at Ogilvy, an advertising and public relations firm.

Hope Ditto is print and multimedia journalist at The George Washington University. She will receive her B.A. in Political Communication in May 2010. Driven by her passion for politics, Ditto spent the 2008 general election cycle as an ABC News Political Unit intern, co-writing ABC's daily news digest The Note with senior political reporter Rick Klein. An active member of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority, Ditto served as the 2008 Vice President of Membership Recruitment and the Panhellenic Association 2009 Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. In recognition of her outstanding leadership and service, Ditto was selected as a finalists for the Greek Woman of the Year award in 2010. After graduation, she will call Washington, D.C. home reporting on national politics.

Amanda Lindner is a print and multimedia journalist at the George Washington University. She spent her senior year (2009-2010) as the Web and Multimedia Editor of The GW Hatchet. During her year as editor, the paper won Best All-Around Non-Daily Student Newspaper for a four-year institution in its region and second place for Best Afiliated Web site from the Society of Professional Journalists. Her work has been cited by CBSNews.com, NewsTrust.net and IsraelCampusbeat.org.
